– Responsibility of the cutter: A Gem Polisher is committed to providing a quality cutting service but cannot guarantee the absence of damage or loss during the process. A Gem Polisher is solely responsible for the cutting of precious and semi-precious stones.
– Cutting risks: Cutting gemstones is a delicate process that may result in damage or loss, even with the greatest care. A Gem Polisher cannot be held responsible for damage caused to gemstones during the cutting process.
– Insurance: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the gemstones are insured against the risk of damage or loss during the cutting process.
– Inspection prior to cutting: The customer is responsible for inspecting the gemstones prior to cutting and for notifying A Gem Polisher of any pre-existing damage or defects.
– Force majeure: A Gem Polisher cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, fire, theft or vandalism.
In the event of a dispute concerning the cut of precious and semi-precious stones, the customer should contact A Gem Polisher directly.
A Gem Polisher reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time.
We encourage you to read this disclaimer carefully before entrusting us with your gemstones.

Terms and conditions – A Gem Polisher
Preamble
The present general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all sales of precious and semi-precious stones made by A Gem Polisher, artisan cutter of precious and semi-precious stones, via its website www.agempolisher.com.
Article 1: Purpose
These GTC define the conditions under which A Gem Polisher offers precious and semi-precious stones for sale via its website.
Article 2: Acceptance of GTC
Validation of the order by the customer implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 3 : Products
A Gem Polisher offers precious and semi-precious stones of various sizes, shapes and qualities for sale.
Product descriptions are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Product photos are non-contractual and may not perfectly reflect reality.
Article 4 : Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, excluding taxes.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are calculated according to the weight and destination of the order.
Article 5 : Ordering
The customer may place an order on the A Gem Polisher website by following the instructions provided.
The order is considered validated upon receipt of payment by A Gem Polisher.
A Gem Polisher reserves the right to cancel any order if the information provided is incorrect.
A Gem Polisher reserves the right to cancel any order if the information provided by the customer is incomplete or erroneous.
Article 6 : Payment
Payment for orders is made online by credit card via a secure payment system.
A Gem Polisher accepts the following credit cards: Paypal, Maestro, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Pay by Bank, SEPA direct debit.
Payment is secured by Mollie.
Article 7 : Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery times are given for information only and are not guaranteed.
A Gem Polisher cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control (force majeure, strikes, etc.).
The customer is responsible for checking the conformity of the order upon delivery. Any anomaly must be reported to A Gem Polisher within 48 hours.
Article 8 : Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to retract without giving any reason.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, at the customer’s expense.
The price of the products will be reimbursed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
Article 9 : Warranty
Gemstones sold by A Gem Polisher are not guaranteed against damage or loss caused by mishandling or improper use.
Article 10 : Liability
A Gem Polisher cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of products sold on its website.
A Gem Polisher cannot be held responsible for damage caused by a third party, in particular in the event of theft, loss or destruction of products.
Article 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of A Gem Polisher’s place of residence in Belgium.
